I cant speak from Exp but I think this would work well
PP90 attachments + silencer + rapid fire
mp412
Frag/Semtex (your choice)
Sleight of Hand
Blast Shield / Quickdraw
Steady Aim

Thatd be my class. If radars are always on use blast shield and no silencer
