Hey TechGame.
Just recently, I moved houses. It took me a week before I got my PC back and up and running. But when I booted up the computer again after a week's wait, I noticed that the screen was tinted blue / purple. I can't find any information that actually helps, so I'm asking you guys. (And girls.)
I'm currently using an LCD monitor, that is actually a small TV.
Windows 7 Home Premium 32bit.
Intel Core i5 2500 @ 3.30GHz
4 GB of RAM
AMD Radeon HD 6850 (6800 series)
Any help is greatly appreciated. I'm giving +rep to whom helps me most.

Go to your TV's menu and find "reset" or "restore" or anything like that.

See if there are any picture options, then change the colour balance.
and you could really do with a 64bit OS, you have a powerful CPU and enough RAM.

Try doing a reset on the screen.
If fail, pressure may have been put onto the LCD causing colours to go wrong. You may need a new monitor.
Or, check cables. And borrow a mates cable to try and minimize the possible problems.

If That Doesn't Fix It Make Sure All The Cables Are Securely Connected,That Type Of Stuff Always Happens At My School.

Bump.
I'd like to thank you all for your possible fixes.
I believe it's something to do with my VGA cable dying. I'm testing a new one tomorrow.
Thankyou all again.
On another note, how do I upgrade to Windows 64bit? I've been trying to work out lately as I did just realize that I did have a powerful CPU and enough RAM. (Playing APB recently, and I keep crashing because I'm on 32bit. Wanna upgrade :3)
