How to get stopping power on any weapon:
*Second Tier Perk must be Overkill*
Primary: Any Shotgun with Damage Proficiency
Second Primary: Any weapon of choice
It's that simple! Apparently the damage boost applies to your second primary as well. This has been confirmed - you can test it in private match with a friend. Video proof has not been made just yet (if you can cap it then post a link in this thread). Let's hope this never gets patched - makes Overkill a useful perk!
