Hey guys, i live in scotland, im 16 and in my 5th year of high school. For those who dont know how the scottish education system works, when you turn 3 or 4, you go into nursery/kindergarten for 1/2 years, then when you turn 5 you have 7 years of primary school. Afterwards there are 4 compulsory years of high school, and 2 optional. In school, i am present 4 days a week as on fridays i attend my local college for a course, so i am struggling to keep up with the work i am needed to finish by my exams. I hope to attend college full time for a course in digital media, so it will be photo, video, and audio editing, and there is also some simple game designing. I have the required qualifications for this course, and have been told if i finish the course i will have access to a degree level course in software development, which will in terms increase the chance of me getting a place at university. What i am confused about, is will leaving school after xmas have any impact on my chances of getting into the college? or even the uni?

tl;dr will leaving school effect my chances of getting into a college course if i alreadt have the required qualifications?
