What you need:
Tactical insertions (level 61)
Silenced weapon (primary, doesnt matter which one)
Perks:
-Blind Eye
-Hardline (will explain why)
-Dead silence(not needed)
Specialist killstreaks
1st one assassin next two don't matter
Ok what you do is kill the other person ONCE and let them pick up their own dog tag. Then the person who died kills the other one and let's him pick up his own dog tag.
