Restore the f*ker
plug it into you PC, and open iTunes and restore it, it might take a while it it should fix it.

You have to open it but you can just do a restore in iTunes that should work
Just saw your last post... Ok try holding in the Sleep button and the home button for 10 seconds then hold in the home button until the apple logo pops up

buy a iPhone sim card then, just a sim not a contract or anything, then try the system restore.
