Okay guys, my cousin asked me to fix a Xbox for him so he can give it to his friend, usually I can fix these pretty easily with some research. In this case I've checked all my usual forums, and Google, but cannot find anything similar to this problem. The problem is that when you try to connect a wireless controller, it will not sync, even after I've repeatedly tried re-syncing the controller. I've tried many controllers that all work with other Xboxs but none work with this one. The same thing goes for wired controllers, none will connect. Can anyone give me insight on this?
