I'm building my first PC ,
the specs are going to be ,
AMD Athlon II x3 450 (UNLOCKED TO QUAD CORE 650)
8gb of ram.
BIOSTAR A880G+ AM3 AMD 880G HDMI Micro ATX decent motherboard i need that HDMI slot
Radeon HD 6850 with 1GB

also i have a 600W power supply in my basement brand new not opened.

any suggestions, and will i be able to run , SWTOR, Diablo 3, WoW, BF3, MW3 on high-ultra ?

my main concerns are the MMORPGS i have an Xbox so the shooters don't really matter

Yes you can run all those games high-ultra and i would reccomend i think its called corsair RAM alot of pro gamers use it its extremely fast

What is your budget? AMD processors are not as good as the Sandy Bridge "K" series so I would get a 2500k if you can afford it.

Also if you are going for a budget build the AMD X4 955 is great.

AMD will do the job more than fine.

Again, specify your budget and I may help you out
