now i've encountered at least 10 people who have said stuff like "have you heard UKFDubstep's music? he's really good!"

UKFDUBSTEP IS A YOUTUBE CHANNEL NOT A MUSIC PRODUCER.

UKF is ran by a guy called Luke, and all he does is upload others people's songs to his youtube channel. he doesn't make them himself :facepalm:

But as for the song originally posted, its not dubstep at all. Its Electro, many dubstep artists do not just create dubstep, most have electro songs.

If you would jut so kindly download skrillex from iTunes it says that his genre is dubstep. Sir you are stating your opinion, which isn't correct at all. Also, skrillex and his crew made a video of his tour and guess what? They ask random people if they have heard of dubstep! And yes they are pertaing to skrillex
