what do you mean? are you saying it doesnt have a sim in it?
no i mean its been unlocked to any network with ultrasn0w from cydia
Hmmmmm im not too positive but im pretty sure ultrasn0w only works on the 4.x.x but im not positive I would do some research into it before upgrading
thats what im scared of if i upgrade my sim card not work and i dont know what the network it was on before so im screwed either way
ok well one time i got this iphone from att and then i took the sim out and went to my network and they unlocked it for me right in the store for my network just see if your network will do that for you iff not see if ultrasn0w has been updated for later versions
did it cost u anything to get it unlocked
Um im not too positive it was a while ago if it did i know it wasnt much
i just found this im gunna do it then wait and see if they unlock it then update

Earl:
The first party will need to contact us as the phone is registered under their name. YOu'll need to contact the point of purchase to get the phone unlocked they'll contact the owner and ask them to contact us0.
