ok well im lvl 81, ive done all questlines and all side quests, so my adivce would be this.

From reading your build you seem to be using a mixture of all 3 play types, (Stealth,Combat,Magic,

Armour to use
Glass if you prefer Light armour or Daedric if you prefer heavy, these generaly arnt available at your lvl but you can smith them, to boost your smithing lvl eaisly and effectivly collcet all pels in your travels and turn them to leather strips and also collect all iron ingots buying them when you can from traders.

after you have enoough iron ingots and leather strips just keep making iron daggers (in skyrim it dosent matter what type of item you make you get the same exp so for example 1 iron dagger = 10 exp 1 daedric armour = 10 exp, these are made up values but you get the idea) now after you run out of ingrediants take these daggers to an enchanting alter and enchant them all with any enchantment you get using all the worthless petty, common etc gems and you can sell these to NPC's. So by doing this you get your SMithing + Enchanting + Speech and some extra cash too .

now the enchantments for your armour, what you should do is check the alchemist for a fortify enchant potion first if they have one buy it, next get grand souls and put enchantments like Fortify Arvhery or One handed and put those on as many pieces as you can, on boots put things like resist fire or frost, this helps fight dragons.

and finaly as for what spells and weps to use fighting dragons these are some good steps.

1.Asses what Type of dragon it is, (Fire/Frost) and adjust your spells so that generaly Fire works better against frost and frost spells work better against fire dragons, Shock works well against anything.

2.If you do more Damage with blades than bows or magic, user Dragonrend to make the dragon land and then hack away.

3.if the dragon is using alot of shouts on you, use the base LVL of unrelenting force (Fus) to make the dragon stop shouting giving you a good few seconds to get some nice hits in.

4. if your using magic try and stay clear of the dragin and use wards to block his frost/fire damage on his bombing runs then when he hovers or lands its your time to do damage

5.as for armour for fighting dragons, generaly anything with frost/fire resistance on is a good boon, if your using theGalthur amulet i think this has it on anyway.

if you need any tips or tricks on how to level your other skills i know nice ways for lvling the following

Enchanting
Alchemy
Block
Conjuration
Illusion
Restoration
Speechcraft
Archery

and a few more just either reply here or pm me
hope this helped
