Hello today i went to my sporting goods store and bought one of these Power Balance wristbands it is not one of the cheap fake ones but a genuine one. It was 35$ i wanna know your opinion if you have one or have seen them before and if they really help your balance, strength, and felxibility. I dont care if they dont work the looks are still cool.

I have no idea if those really do work. If you do find out you should definitely tell me. I've always wanted to know.

Those "Power Balance Wristbands" are Placebos.

Ive got one, they proven it doesnt work, it just makes you think they work. I have a real and fake one.
I tried balance, running, and strength exercise it didnt help me at all.

I have one myself and I think it works. But I think its just a mindset that it works and thats why it works because we think it does.

Thanks for your feedback i agree it is in the mind but hey its worth a shot, Like when people are being tested with medicine and the control group recieves a fake pill that does nothing but still is cured.

Whenever i take it off my wrist i feel different and unbalanced lol although i know its in the mind. Ohh well i win either way i had my mom buy it and it was a limited edition black hologram one

I Think yes. We tested it in my science class and it worked!
