Hey my account got banned for having a modded avatar, and made a new account. will it be ok to hack it up to 10th without gettn banned? i mean they cant really ban me for that right?

don't say that you don't know 11th prestigers are not targeted and punished as much actually because they are not as many i have a friend who has 11th he uses his main account hes stepping an thin ice he even plays online
