This is just a short little tutorial that I found on my own, and thought I decided to share what I found. Basically what this whole thing is about is a way to access your xbox live account when you are already banned. It is extremely simple and some may find it stupid regardless if its negative I don't want to hear about it. Ok now for the text tutorial.

1.Go to [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
2.Go to the sign on page
3.Sign in with your banned account
4.when the error message come's up and says that you are banned press the "Back" button on your browser
5.After your press the "Back" button your page will refresh and go to the banned error again, the only difference is that your account will be signed in (you can tell by the gamer picture if it's there it worked)
6.Finally go to the drop down list and click on view friends and you are on your xbox live account.

Now for an additional theory that i have i believe that if you change the majority of your account information such as credit card address and other stuff like that you may be able to sign on through your xbox and play, but like i said its a theory i don't have much information on how the XBL banning system works so i'm not able to find any more exploits with out further investigation on the matter.
