11th Prestige isn't free.Only 10th. I would have to boot on a KV.
& Host online with your GamerTag to get you 11th.
I don't have a KV atm. So, I'm not able to do so..
But, I will explain anyway to Help you out.

You have 1200% Multiplayer done.
No prestige Emblem (11th).
& The rest is just the same.
No you don't get 11 Classes. I wish Lol.

& As far as getting Banned goes, I would say.
I'm really not sure. I get banned like everyday bro.
I don't know if it's from 11th, Me jtagging or Just me Being me Lol.
But, this is a Possiblity you can get Banned yes.

But, Mostly on my 11th account I got a 7Day Suspension & Since then I have been Clear.
