If i have red dead regular disc and my freind buys undead nightmare disc can we still play multiplayer together?

Yes you can.

But you can't play with him if he's playing the zombie mode since you don't have it. But regular online you can. Me and my friends were a couple of days ago.

yea the undead nightmare disk is the red dead, disk with the mappack installed onto it.
