Haarp is a several million watt electrical field, 360 anteners working as one so that all i am going to say watch the video and tell me what you think about it, in my opinion it is quite a creepy thing to have and it is scary what it is capable of ( If it is the truth ).

Think how many watts millions of lightning bolts across the world are causing and the world isn't destroyed yet.
