I made a new utube account and i need a bg if any one can make thank you soo much...

Youtube layout: OLD
I want text to say: Jaritzu
Logo in the middle to say: HD
Colours: Black and Yellow
any other stuff: Could i have some japanese text at the very top saying SUBSCRIBE(only if u want to)
