Everytime someone has 3+ thumb downs on their comment, it doesn't matter what the comment says, everybody just then votes it down. The same happens when people have a 3+ thumb ups. People just won't even read the post, they just vote on it.

And then whenever staff makes a topic, everybody that posts on the first page gets at least 10 thumb downs.
