1. If there is a glitch in the game its their fault, therefore that cant ban us

2. I dont know about you but when i started MW3 i wasn't prompted with a message saying "here are our terms of use" and i wasn't forced to agree to any of IWs or Activisions terms. No terms of use that we must agree to, no bans.

lol @ the bold. when you signed up for xbox live/psn, you agreed that you would not mod, glitch, etc. and since you accepted those terms, which you did if you play online, microsoft/sony can give activision/iw/sledgehammer the right to ban you for exploitng.
