Hey all. I'm going to cover all the glitches that are going to be available and what & why you can get banned, as well as news on the prestige token glitch . Firstly earlier today, I had the chance to talk to an Activision Customer support Tech employee. I asked my questions, and it was hard to extract information from him but I got a few heads up. Firstly I told him some made-up story, and he "I Understand your situation Thomas, and I know how you feel. I will put a note on our system that says that you are complying with Activision, and it will reduce your chances of actions being taken against your PSN account". If I was in other people's shoes I would contact customer support and give them self up, so you have a better chance of not being banned / reset. .

Onto the next topic a lot of people are saying (Lying) being banned, about the prestige token glitch, and saying Activision has emailed them about their ban. This is not possible as Robert bowling put this on twitter earlier:

[size=13]Onto the next topic which has been popular over TheTechGame Forums which is can I get banned for doing the prestige token glitch. The answer is "Yes". If you are under -200 you should be safe from getting banned / reset, If you have overdone it with -800 to -400 you will have a higher risk of getting a 48 ban and getting reset. It does not matter of your situation, because that account has broken the rules put in place by the game, they have the legal power to take action against your account and decide what happens to your Gamertag / PSN. Here is the proof:

Bans can include:

*Boosting
*Hacking
*Glitching
*Taking Advantage of the game (Prestige Glitching)

Pretty good post but maybe you are trying for a sticky. Anyways, i tried to get my self banned by purchasing over 1,000 tokens worth of 2XP. MW3 is getting really boring.

it would make the game better for some people, but most of their only community has done this so it might cause some problems with everyone. But stuff like this makes the game a little more fun and not boring.

People say it's the 28th but no one is in the studio until after the new year. So that's when the new patch will occur, and bans will occur.

They wouldn't be bothered, but people have unlimited double xp so it's un fair to other people due to they are ranking up quicker than normal (: I'm not fussy tbh

If you are a first offender you will get reset and a 48 hour ban. Nothing else. and what's a sticky?

I have no idea bro. No one is in the Activision studio until after new year that's why it has not been patch yet, ban hammers will occur Mid January!
