hey ttg today i got on my xbox 360 and i can hear perfectly but whe i speak it does it really softly

Unplug all wires of the headset that connect to the xbox and the tv.

Once you re-plug them in there should be an improvement of voice, if not then it may be the jack so try using it on a different controller.

There is a possibility that it may be something to do with the chat wire so you could buy one for quite cheap.

If none of the methods above work your headset cannot be fixed unless you buy a new one.

The xll's wires are way to long. Mine broke within 4 months of buying them. I bought the 2 year insurance, but I never got around to ordering a new because I've been to lazy to call the company.

Nice. I didn't take care of them lol when I get new ones I'm gonna always keep the wires tied with the straps it comes with.

I dont see how people can break headsets?... Put them on the corner of your TV when not using and they wont break? xD!
