i wanna fool around in a private match on the 360 is there a way to make a private match?

No there is no private matchs, If you want to mess around i would recommened goin to the bottom of the server list where there is 0 people in the game and join

That is one of their big flaws with BF3, I suggest just finding a server on the bottom of the list ;)

no and its a shame really or well.. and you cant join a server at bottom of the list any way because them you have to wait for a certain amount of players before you can start the game..

Yes, If you have a Empty Lobby at the bottom of the server browser. But you will need a Min of 8 Players to get a good game.
