[align=center]Once you can go to High Hogarth (however you spell it) there will be the guys in all black that dont talk that much and tend to make strange noises. get an iron dagger pererably and go up behind one praying or whatever they do. Keep hitting him with the iron dagger while in sneak. You can also use the healing hands spell and get restoration skill up also. if they see you they will attack you though and youll have to run away and come back. do this for about 30-90 mins and you should have 99 sneak
FREE LEVELING FROM NPC'S
[align=center]As you guys should know you can pay some NPC's to get up to five levels of a certain skill per level. All you have to do is pay for one level and then go behind them in sneak and pickpocket them for the money you just payed them for!! Very simple:)
