I just want to know how/if you can increase your weight capacity.

Just one more question, (Keep in mind I've only had the game for 1 day) Can I sell my items to any store?

You cannot sell stolen items unless you have a high speech and acquire the perk, And to raise your carry capacity, Leveling up raises it by 5 each time i believe, Or find a amulet or ring that raises it by 30 etc.

To level up your carrying cap. you have to upgrade your stamina when you level up your character.

Go to items, Press Y or Triangle depending on console, That favorites the item, Then press up on your D-Pad and it should pop up.

It favors the item and then you hit D-PAD up

you can get the steed stone that increases your weight by 100 and anything equipped weighs nothing, also followers can carry unwanted items or you can buy a house and store items there
