Just download the oldest (stable-est) drivers that Hauppauge released
I had to use these to stop my PVR recording at 119.80 fps, which inturn made my Sony Vegas freeze, there is one bug, you cannot adjust saturation/brightness/contrast etc in Total Medi a Extreme, sliding the bars will not help, just colour correct it in Vegas, anyway the link is!

Download that, Extract, and run the .exe It's not a virus, I've been on TTG before, thank me.
NOTE: You must have your PVR plugged into your computer and turned on (blue light must be on)
