"Play ps3 on my 27" iMac"?

Um... You can't connect your gaming console with your computer. Unless you have a Personal Video Recorder.

I approve Hauppauge HD PVR to be the best one out there.

Maybe look online for a cord that connects your PS3 to iMac.

But i doubt you'll find one. Sony-Apple dont go together...
