Dude just ingore dudes who think they can out due someone, well yes it is I have a AMD Athlon X695 Desktop PC i got that for 300-400 that's becuase I have a good graphics card and ram so yes it is worth it! Good Luck bro!

But seriously tho, look on craigslist with somebody and find a good deal, My friend built a decent comp for under $200 just for school, dont buy already built ones they are a lot more expensive just because of the brand
