As many of you might know, or may not know, there is a ban wave going on Xbox Live.
You could get banned if you are Modding CoD4. Now, playing with infections, might not get you banned, but if you are hosting a lobby, just sitting in a private match, then there is a great possibility you could be banned. Many of my friends, and one of my accounts have been banned recently, within the past week. So BEWARE! Mod at your own risk.

As far as CONSOLE BANS, there is a possibility you will be banned if your account has ever been suspended for hosting infections or what not. Or if you do it a lot and sit in private matches daily. Then you could be console banned if they do further research.
