Hello my glorious, wonderful, companions!

I have recently seen many things on the Orange Box and questioned there possibilities. Then, I found out about the existence of the "Alias" command (or something like that)

However, I am a bit confused on exactly what it is and how to use it.

My understanding is that by hitting a certain button, you can switch to a different user settings.

Example

A-noclip
B-Buddha
X-ent_fire sethealth 0

So, if my "Alias" button was Y, I could change my X,B, and A buttons right?

Well I'm still confused, so if anyone can clarify and explain how to use these, much is appreciated
