Yea, that could play it perfectly just need a good graphics card, not too much. If you just want to play COD4 then you could just get a 50 pounds graphics card at the most and your set for COD 4

considering there is not a dedicated graphics card maybe nut im not too sure

DONT get a laptop if your looking to play games on it!!!!!! Trust me i have experience, if your looking for gaming either build your own desktop(what i did)or buy a desktop!!!!!!!!!
