My internet is fine because im online on my laptop its just my xbox whats not connecting

Something might have went bad. Or they say the new dashboard prevents people from connnecting. Just call microsoft.

same thing has been happening to me. i plugged my xbox wired into my laptop and it started working. then i unplugged it from my laptop with the wirless adaptor still in and connected again and it worked.

if you using wireless it always happen not sure why but if it Ethernet then try resting your router wait 30 secs i no you said it not your internet cos you laptop on but your xbox use allot of usage on internet just give it a try pal

this i shappening to me aswell i was playing online then went off for 1-2 hours then when i came back it wouldn't connect to xbox live

maybe because you cant have too many devices connected to the internet
