Besides that I can't see any huge problems, I don't like the lighting on some of it, other than that not bad! Really good actually.

EDIT: Now that Fusion pointed it out, the icons are a little bit cheesy.

well mostly every icon has gloss to it. dont put Bevel and emboss unless you what your really doing with it, drop shadows really work well the icons as well

Very good looking, but the style seems a bit overused. Also, I checked TinEye and no results came up, so this is most likely yours. Cheers.

For icons, black them out completely, set to overlay or soft light, then use a fading circle eraser set to about %10 flow and go over the icons.
