He may be legit, but he needs to sign in on TTG more often and communicate better. In order for people to continue buying from him and prevent people from asking for refunds, he should update this at least every day, posting the status of how many he has done/when he is working on them. He should also respond to peoples' emails and posts directly and specifically instead of a generic message (see above email). Im not flaming I'm just giving some friendly suggestions as to how he could make his business run a little more smoothly than it is running right now... go ahead, look back through all the pages of posts and tally up positive vs negative.

I also think he should do this as well as people get nervous and think he has scammed even if he made a twitter and just made a status now and then it would help alot
