I'm always 1 baring on xbox and i have no clue why if anyone reads this could you please tell me a way to fix it..
I have a $130 rotor so thats not the problem..

disconnect your router or modem for 30 sec. then plug it back in

If you are on a wireless connection switch to a wired one.

Reset your router, if that doesn't work then just wait it out, it will be a problem on there end.
