yes there is away to get into a lobby that gives you xp on black ops, go on black ops multiplayer and go to find game each gametype will give you xp when you kill someone its crazy, but shhh its a secret

now? Hard to say..

I have seen them hosted first couple weeks.

i was in a few.

I dont pay attention anymore.

I know if you manage to get online and host you will be ban real fast anyone that gets xp will be banned. Since leader boards are all legit its pretty easy to get caught.

I am going with no.
