i try to log in i cant soo i recover account and i do then i log in says recovies changed...i have a new name...and when i type in bank pin it says deactivate in less than 24hrs i lost nothing but how could of this happened???I WILL REP

Same thing happened to me but it wouldnt let me recover it. i didn't download anything and i didnt go on a different website to log in so it wasnt a phisher.

Hey ulucky on the hack, but glad you got your acocunt back, there are multiple ways upon which you could of got your account hacked,
i will list a few.
1)you could of gone onto a phishing website you may think you havn't but some are smart enough to even let you play runescape when you log in (very unlikely though)
2)you have been keylogged if so virus scan your computer to check that there is nothing that could get your account or any other information.
3)or any of your irl friends know anything to do with your acc like when it was made etc....

No i would suggest making a new account, keep all the items in your current bank until you get membership for your new account...

You don't need to do this. All you need to do is Run your REAL anti-virus.
