Just go rent a game from redbox or any other game ranters place and install it to your xbox...Simple as that

buy mw3 install it on to your xbox then return it to get your money back and use the one with the sratch

or

buy one then switch them out keep the new one return the scratched one and say it came like that and you dont want it any more and get your money back

Don't they take your signature and address when trading in stuff so if it turns out it doesn't work they can trace it back to you?... That's what they do in the UK anyway :S

no need to scam them all you need to do is to rent a copy of mw3 and then install it to your harddrive
