I use winrar 24-7 and it works so jackk off

a rar package contains the compressed game files and the install dependence's think of it as if they are placed into a little box labeled at the end .rar when you use winrar and open the box(.rar) and take out the contents (ie the exe and install files) which means if your looking at a exe or trying to run a exe its not still rared up and doesn't need to be uncompressed seeing as its not rared anymore. so what would the point of using winrar on a exe be unless you where trying to put it back into a compressed rar archive ?

make sure you downloaded it via a program ( utorrent ) not just on its own
