I've been on this site a while so I thought id contribute
I have the pc version and can mod your skyrim game.
All I need is you to link me your save and what you want me to do.
Please type the console commands( its easier for me)
Example:
Player.setav health 5000
Player.setav stamina 5000
Pre cc save goodstats
Pre cc Magic

Why would you want to make him make you level 60 then one? He could just make you level one....
Oh nvm did't read all of your post :facepalm:
And i like how you said "DERANK", If he can't mod the skill perks then he can't do all the hard stuff.
