Sorry i have just realised my game doesn't boot up at all on any update 1.11 1.12 or 1.13.
just gunna format HDD thanks for your help anyway guys!

Maybe because ur proxy has 17something when it needs to be 192.blank.blank

I dont know if this helps but when i did this it didnt work untill i made sure i went to GAME DATA and i delted the MW2 1.13 and then when i did that it worked. idk if it will for you but you can try iy

i have tried both of them (elite mossy patch blocker, the other one)

you gotta deleted the mw2 gamesave in the Game Data Utility. Hope It works now and hope i helped

try activating the proxy first THEN delete the GAME save data. it used to happen to me
