You do the middle uppercase A with the accent over the top then the lowercase weird p on the same page

Its Patched Now. I still have the tag. mine is really hard to make its 3/4Cat the 3/4 is normal the c has a box around it, the a is a accent and the t is a plus sign with a _ underneath it.
