go to activision.custhelp.com and press live support, you can then speak to the staff and producers of elite, hope this helped.

Try the following steps to solve this issue:

1. Make sure you are by default, logged out of ELITE on your console.
2. Clear the console cache and do a fresh login.
3. Open your browser and go to elite.callofduty.com
4. Login to your call of Duty Elite account (if you haven't received your entitlements, logging into the site checks your status on the backend. It then sends the info back to the main game and unlocks your entitlements).
5. Now be a little patient. It may take up to several hours for your entitlements to appear in game.
6. After a couple hours, boot up MW3.
7. Your entitlements should be in place.
8. If you still do not see your entitlements, go into your Custom Class section, switch any item, and play a multiplayer match.
