How to ISO mod the original GTA IV Very detailed & Vid TutPosted:

i know there is already a sticky topic but that was rather hard to follow so here is an easier one.

For this you will need:
ABGX360 [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
Xbox back up creator [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
the games iso on your computer [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
the files [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] (they are the ones i used but you can use who evers you download (:
and some 8.5GB Dual layer discs

Once you have everything it should look like this...

Right getting started,
1.) run the iso through abgx to make sure that its PAL/NTSC depending if your from uk or usa and that is patches everything for you.

2.) open up xbox back up creator and go to image tools and select image browser

3.) then it'll ask you to open a file and select your GTA IV and it should look like this

4.) then youll want to replace the common.rpf and the xbox360.rpf with the ones from the ducks v1.3 file

5.) once you have done that replace all the other files that are in the ducks v1.3, just looks whats in the folder and replace all the same files eg. (queens_m.img replace with the modded one in ducks v1.3) MUST DO ALL THE FILES THAT CORRESPOND WITH THE OTHERS!!!

6.) run through abgx once more to make sure its all correct and it should look like this

7.) burn with imgburn at 2.4x for a better burn

its abit more detailed than that though so that was the point

Yeah, all I need is an ISO download link but I can't find a working one anywhere and it's starting to frustrate me. If anyone can find me one just PM me. Thanks.
(not even the one in the sticky works for me)

Yeah, but the sticky doesn't actually teach you hot to ISo mod it just tells you how to download the ISo so this post deserves a sticky to.

Whenever I open the image browser and replace all the files with the correct modded files and then run abgx360 again, the screen looks the same as it does the first time i run abgx360. But then I open image browser again and the modded files are still there. Help pelase?

EDIT: Nvm, turns out it's not the same page I'm just impatient
