You could try using Wix., Wix supports flash so you could add alot more detail to your website than Webs could supply, although, Wix advertises too much on your site, with a big huge info bar at the bottom telling everyone about Wix.

If you have any knowledge in HTML/CSS you could always make your own template and host it on webs using the HTML only feature.
