actually i do have a mod, i use my mod in mw3 all the time and i dont get mod blocked, and my evil controller is amazing enough to not get mod blocked in other cods, they have no way of tellin if its a mod or not because some people like my cousin has a godly trigger finger. get on my level bitch

It's impossible for them to tell if you have a mod or not. In the T.O.S, there isn't even anything saying that you can or cannot have a mod.

Another thing is, almost all mods are stealth mods, meaning there is absolutely no way possible to pick it up.

If you get banned for one, you can say you can just shoot that fast, and you can probably take them to court for it.

I've had a modded controller forever and haven't even got any type of warning for it.

Nope it is 100 allowed ,actually minor companies like promodz gamingmodz etc have to pay a cut tom M$ to Keep it legal and them in business!

Rapid Modz's controllers are 100% undetectable.

They can't ban you for using a modded controller since it is undetectable and they are allowed on xbox live
