With all the SOPA hype going around the web, people haven't paid any attention to this new NDAA act.
This new bill allows the US army to arrest ANYONE on their soil, and prison them indefinitely without trial.
As long as you are a suspect of terrorism you can be arrested and disappear from the world as we know it.
This is the **** you should only see in movies, but the sick U.S. government made it reality.

They can send you to any country and torture you there. No one will know where you are, and no one will be able to save you.

As long as you set foot on U.S. soil you have a chance to become slave from this.

This is not a conspiracy theory this is a real bill that has been passed Dec. 15 2011

Pursuant to the AUMF passed in the immediate aftermath of the September 11, 2001 attacks, the NDAA text affirms the President's authority to detain, via the Armed Forces, any person "who was part of or substantially supported al-Qaeda, the Taliban, or associated forces," under the law of war, "without trial, until the end of hostilities." The text also authorizes trial by military tribunal, or "transfer to the custody or control of the person's country of origin," or transfer to "any other foreign country, or any other foreign entity."[14] An amendment to the Act that would have explicitly forbidden the indefinite detention without trial of American citizens was rejected.[15]

This clearly says "any person" and does not protect the citizens. This bill clearly does not say that it cannot be used on citizens. I even got done watching CNN(Who normally praise Obama) and they even were talking about how this can allow detention of citizens and how Obama said he simply just 'Wont use it'. Although the media does tend to lie about things, they usually never lie about things so blatant.

As for people saying "Obama wanted this out of the bill" you couldn't be anymore wrong. Sure perhaps he wanted what it said out, but ultimately he wanted it out simply because he felt it was a threat to HIS power as the executive branch.

The administration had threatened to veto versions of the National Defense Authorization Act of 2012 passed by the House and the Senate, arguing that provisions would open the door for the military to perform policing functions inside the United States, and that they would infringe on executive branch powers.

The Patriot Act.

"Opponents of the law have criticized its authorization of indefinite detentions of immigrants; searches through which law enforcement officers search a home or business without the owners or the occupants permission or knowledge; the expanded use of National Security Letters, which allows the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) to search telephone, e-mail, and financial records without a court order, and the expanded access of law enforcement agencies to business records, including library and financial records."

Ok u dont live in our country so u dont know how hard bills are to pass so mind your own business

OVER 10000 BILLS HAVE BEEN PROPOSED LIKE NDAA AND ONLY 27 HAVE BEEN APPROVED

It is outraheously hard to pass so dude quit it

First of all your grammar is atrocious, second I live in Texas. And the NDAA has passed, and was signed by Obama on the 31st of December.
