Evo-Raze wrote are there any specific places where you can find armor to increase your blacksmithing? like the stuff that makes ur blacksmithing better by lets say 12%. i found gloves last night but i want a full set so when i make things they are really good and so when i increase them thy are amazing!

Well you can disenchant that and enchant all armour with it

Or you can go to whiterun, wormaidens and buy there and wait then buy there

Or you can go to any orc stronghold an get them the forge masters fingers item

And or do the forsworn conspiracy quest and kill all of them
This will give you a ring
