Its a reset glitch hack xbox with a dev kit image created and written. When you boot your console it goes to what a dev kit would. It does not connect to PNET though

What's an RGH dev?
A rgh xbox that has been turned into a knock off devkit. It is a beta though so I wouldn't buy one if I where you. I don't think he should even be selling them...
