-1, First your going to want to do the quest "Discerning the Transmundane"
-2, At The end of the quest you will receive the "Oghama Infinium"
-3, You will need to own a house, Preferably in Whiterun.
- You will also need to have a bookshelf in your house.
-4, What your going to want to do, is walk up to the bookshelf and Activate It
-5, Scroll down your inventory to the Oghama Infinium and Press "Right Trigger(Xbox)"

-6, Once There your going to want to choose which option you want to level.
-7, Once it Levels you up, Press "B Button(Xbox)"
"Circle Button (PS3)"

-8, Now Place The Book on the shelf "X Button(Xbox)"
"Square Button(PS3)"
"Unsure for PC"
-9, Now back out of your inventory, and Read the book on the shelf.
-10, Now your going to want to select "Dont Not Read" Option and Take The Book
-11, Repeat Steps 4-10 For maximum Experience Boosting.
